Information on what is needed for Team check in

In order to check your team in, you will need to click on the link below, fill out the form and submit your Gotsoccer roster to the check in e-mail. There is no onsite check in for any teams. ALL participating teams need to be fully checked in by May 27th @ 5pm. You will receive a conformation e-mail from ahfccheckin@albionhurricanes.org once accepted. When you get your confirmation email, your team is checked in!

For each game, each team must carry exactly what is submitted electronically and must be on site at all times in case of team inspection. Please also note that ALL teams that make a final WILL undergo a team inspection; NO WRITE INS ON GAME CARD -

• Copy of Gotsoccer roster that was submitted (no write ins allowed)

• Association player cards for each player or alternative ID (passport, Birth certificate)

• Medical release forms for all players US Club Medical release form or  USYSA/STYSA Med release form.

• Copy of check in confirmation e-mail that was received from ahfccheckin@albionhurricanes.org

Players that do not have a valid US Club or USYSA player card

​

We can still accept players that do not have a current players' card from either US Club or USYSA associations. Those players can do 1 of the following options:

 

1. Register with the teams' organization as a tournament player and a player card will be issued. It costs around  $35-$50 to do.

2. Submit another form of identification (Passport, Drivers license or Birth Certificate) in conjunction with the Age Verification Form. Please submit both forms to ahfccheckin@albionhurricanes.org and please state team name. PLAYERS MUST BE UPLOADED TO GOTSOCCER REGARDLESS.

Guest Players/Adding Players

In order to add players to your Gotsoccer roster, you can do the following -

​​

1. Have your club registrar get the player added to Gotsoccer via club pass (if already in the same club), or added via guest player add.

2. Have the player register for the event using the link below. Once registered, you can log into your Gotsoccer account, access your MDC 2021 application and add to your roster. Any issues adding players should be addressed with your clubs' registrar or contact Gotsoccer at 904-746-4446. The tournament does not have access to your Gotsoccer accounts. Please be sure to read rules on number of guest players allowed per team. NO PLAYER PLAYER PASS IS ALLOWED ONCE THE EVENT BEGINS!
