Team Check In
In order to check your team in for the Showcase, Warm up & 5v5 events, teams must perform the following 2 tasks -
1. FOR ALL TEAMS - Click on the link below and fill out the check in form before the last Thursday before each event.

TEAM CHECK IN FORM - Please complete
2. FOR ALL TEAMS - You must submit your Gotsoccer roster to ahfccheckin@albionhurricanes.org with ALL participating players (including guests) listed. Once all players have been uploaded into Gotsoccer, download the roster from your account and attach in PDF format to the e-mail account listed above.

Once these both tasks are completed, we will be process the check in and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the point of contact for each team. There will be no onsite check in for any teams and ALL teams MUST check in and complete both tasks
For each game, each team must carry the following on site at all times in case of team inspection -

Copy of Gotsoccer roster that was submitted to check in (no write ins allowed)

Association player cards for each player or alternative ID (passport, Birth certificate)

Medical release forms for all players (see foot of page for links to USYSA or US Club medical release form)

Copy of check in confirmation e-mail that was received from ahfccheckin@albionhurricanes.org

Do we need an official roster? No, rosters can be built through Gotsoccer. We do ask that ALL playing players are uploaded into Gotsoccer, regardless of Warm up or Showcase events, NO WRITE INS. This allows the players to print off on the game cards as well as be published in the Showcase brochure we supply for college coaches. For all events, we need all playing players to be uploaded into team Gotsoccer accounts for player insurance and reporting to US club soccer.

How do I add guest players? You can either add them as a club pass through Gotsoccer if they are part of your club. You can also add them as a registered guest player through Gotsoccer. There is an unlimited amount of guest players for all events. If needing to register a guest player for any of the events, please use the links below -

Your clubs' registrar will be able to assist you in adding players through Gotsoccer. If not, please contact Gotsoccer directly and they can help and assist 904-746-4446.

Can a player play without a registered player card? We can still accept players that do not have a valid players card from either US Club or USYSA associations. They do however have to 1. Be uploaded into Gotsoccer as a guest player (see above) and appear on your roster 2. make sure that they have a medical release form 3. have an alternative pictured ID. Players can also request a tournament card from a local organization. For that, please contact you clubs' registrar to assist.
